Cover Artist:

Sam English, Ojibwe, is a descendent of both the Turtle Mountain Band and the Redlake Band of Ojibwe Indians. He lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he also maintains a studio.

Mr. English has been asked by various American Indian tribes and organizations to represent, through his images, certain causes in their efforts to bring about change. He generously provides the artwork for the AISES Annual National Conference every year, which also serves as the cover for the fall issues of Winds of Change.
